There are eight private single rooms with tatami floors and futon in this peaceful Japanese-style house – seven 6-mat rooms and one 4.5 mat room. Upstairs rooms have wonderful views. Three of the downstairs rooms have direct access to the garden. Electric fans are provided for use in the warmer months, and electric hot carpets and heaters are there for you to use in the cooler months. See photos of the rooms in the “House” gallery.

Read more details about the house and property, rooms, pricing and terms and conditions on the “Details” page. Then read the FAQs if you need more information. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about the accommodations and availability.

Please note that due to the location on a set of stone steps on the Yoshida hillside, the property is not accessible for anyone with mobility issues. It is also unsafe for anyone with visual or depth perception issues to access. We apologize and hope that you understand that this is something that we are unable to alter.
